Release: In signing this agreement I hereby Release Reel Money Team Trail, Wes Meadows, and its officers, and their respective member companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and the officers, agents, employees of each of these entities from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs, or expenses relating to any injury of any person or any property which I may sustain or cause by any reason of participation or in connection to any event from January 1, 2023 until December 31,2023 hosted by Reel Money Team Trail. Covenant Not to Sue and Waiver Subrogation: I further agree never to Sue Reel Money Team Trail, Wes Meadows, for damages on account of any injury I cause, whether know known or developed in the future. In the event Reel Money Team Trail, Wes Meadows, are sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Money Team Trail, Wes Meadows, from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney’s fees arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving my rights to sue the above mentioned parties I also am waiving the rights to recover from same parties of my insurance carrier for any claims they may pay on my behalf. I further state that I maintain liability insurance on the boat that I will use in this tournament. I further state that the boat I will use in this tournament is not over horse powered according to the US Coast Guard rating plate on the boat. I agree to submit to a polygraph test to be taken at random. I further acknowledge and agree that all protest or disputes of any nature, including, but not limited to matters relating to weigh-in, catch, or competitor and the disbursements of any and all money or prizes to any tournament participant shall be resolved by the tournament officials and that the decisions of the tournament officials shall be final, and I waive any and all rights to file any claim on Reel Money Team Trail, Wes Meadows. I understand that this release form is valid for the full calendar year of 2023 from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. I agree to release Reel Money Team Trail for all of 2023.
